* **If the ID is renewed before the expiration date:** A banner will appear in the application asking the customer to update their information. * **If the ID is not renewed before the expiration date:** A notification will appear asking the customer to renew it. Once the National ID or Iqama has been renewed, the customer can submit an information update request. On the expiration date, the account status will change to **“ID Expired.”** * **If the ID is renewed after the expiration date:** The customer must wait 72 hours from their last verification attempt through the banner before attempting to verify the ID again.

The monthly limit for receiving and using funds is SAR 100,000. If an amount exceeding the monthly limit is received, the customer must wait until the end of the Gregorian month. The funds will then be transferred automatically to the customer's available balance.

* If you know your passcode and still have access to your wallet, you can change your mobile number through the profile settings. * If you have logged out and can no longer access your wallet, you can enter your new mobile number and proceed with completing your profile information using your ID number. The accuracy of your information, ownership of the new mobile number, and your passcode will be verified before you can access your wallet again.

No. If the National ID or Iqama expires, the customer will not be able to use their barq account.

No. The customer can only log in using the mobile number associated with the wallet. The mobile number can be changed after completing the ownership verification process for the new mobile number.

No. There is no limit to the number of times you can change your mobile number. However, only one mobile number can be active on your account at a time.

No. Registration is only available with a valid National ID or Iqama.

No. You cannot open more than one digital wallet because the wallet is linked to your ID number.
